Compliance and Safety – The Management System

Arise Solutions service provision levels in the areas of aviation compliance and safety – collectively known in the EASA regulations as the ‘Management System’ are offered at all levels, dependent on the needs of the client, ranging from the initial (start-up) establishment of a fully comprehensive management system incorporating all of the compliance and safety requirements specified by regulation, to specialised support and management of the various individual components of an aviation management system including the creation and management of approved internal audit programmes in all areas of aviation, including Aircraft Maintenance Training (EASA Part-147 & Part- 66).

Compliance Monitoring System (CMS) - Auditing

Arise Solutions can provide highly experienced and qualified aviation auditors in all aviation areas, including Air Operations, Continuing Airworthiness, Aircraft Maintenance, Aircraft Maintenance Training, FBO, and Supplier Approval either as identified in the organisation approved audit plan, or on an ‘ad-hoc’ basis when organisation resources may be limited or over stretched.
Audits conducted by Arise Solutions auditors can be recorded either on any existing client management system software, or using fully independent audit documentation.
Arise Solutions has a well-established internal auditor training programme whereby client compliance and safety personnel may become qualified approved internal auditors, using internal (and other) audits being temporarily conducted by Arise Solutions auditors as ‘On-Job Training’ (OJT) until the staff of the operator become competent to audit independently.

Safety Management System (SMS).

An EASA Safety Management System (SMS) should include as a minimum, tools to identify, manage, and measure the safety risks that may occur during aviation operations. Arise Solutions has extensive experience of active aviation safety systems, and has assisted clients to establish safety management systems appropriate to the size and complexity of their operation, and in full compliance with the ICAO and EASA requirements in this crucial area of aviation management.
The chances are that if you are already an AOC holder you already have an SMS framework, possibly including some policies and procedures, and which may have been sufficient for your needs for years.
Whether the client already operates an SMS, or are a brand new aviation entity, Arise Solutions has the knowledge and experience in the creation and support of effective safety management systems to ensure not only compliance with the applicable regulations, but to set barriers against occurrences and accidents happening to you, thereby protecting your customers, your staff, and ultimately your business.
